The participants will be able to safely and efficiently disassemble, inspect and re-assemble the engine, up to and including camshaft and crankshaft replacement.
This course is suited to service engineers and overhaul facility technicians.
The trainees should have a basic knowledge of diesel engine fitting practices. Theoretical knowledge of internal combustion engines is required.

The course is only available at Stockport on their high speed engine types; VP185 and Valenta/RP200 and in Holeby on their GenSet engine types. However the skills and experience gained can easily be utilised on other larger engine types.
