The condition and cleanness of the turbine of an exhaust gas turbocharger have a decisive influence on the efficiency, the performance of the combustion process and hence on the service data of the engine. To reach the normal service intervals and to postpone the costly and time-consuming manual cleaning, wet cleaning has been the standard method. However, dry cleaning is a much more efficient method.

How it works 

According to the turbocharger a specified size and volume of PrimeServGran is blown into the exhaust pipe by compressed air. The high kinetic energy produced during the impact of PrimeServGran onto the nozzle ring and turbine blading causes the deposits to flake off.
